ABOUT GREEN APARTMENT
Located north from Bentencho Station, before becoming a sharehouse, GREEN APARTMENT was one of the shops inside a shōtengai (Japanese commercial district). In 2014 the former kamaboko-ya (fish cake shop) was reformed and became our first sharehouse.
The 1st floor is an open space grouping the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the theater room. The open space solution allows the tenants to interact with each other but also find their space to study or enjoy their time. The 2nd and 3rd floors contain 11 private rooms, shower rooms, and other amenities. There is also a large rooftop deck good for sunbathing or barbeques.
A two-minute walk from the sharehouse allows to reach the Osaka Bay Tower, a mall containing a supermarket, a drug store, restaurants, and many other shops. Many people working or studying in the heart of Osaka decide to live in Bentencho because it has good access and is cheaper than other central areas.
