共益費

Utility Cost

家賃の他に毎月共益費がかかります。
共益費は、管理費、電気・水道などの光熱費、日用消耗品（トイレットペーパーや洗剤等）、インターネット代が含まれています。

The Utility Cost is the cost of all the utilities like electricity, water, gas, internet and most of the shared consumables. The utility cost also includes the maintenance costs of the sharehouse.

家賃の支払い方法

Rent payment options

家賃は銀行振込・銀行引き落としでお支払いください。
銀行振込手数料はお客様負担、銀行引き落とし手数料は弊社負担にて手配します。

There are 2 main payment methods: bank transfer and automatic withdrawal. The bank transfer transaction fee is borne by the tenant. As for the automatic withdrawal is borne by our company. All foreign residents that don’t own a Japanese bank account or don’t want to use services like Transferwise, can also pay at every convenience store with extra fee.

家賃のお支払い日

Rent due date

月末までに翌月分家賃をお支払いください。

The rent payment due date is the last day of the previous month with a grace period of one week. If you’re late with your payment, contact us!

最短1ヶ月からご滞在可能です。

The minimum period of stay is 1 month.

共有スペースのゴミ出しや清掃は住民担当制です。運営スタッフによる定期清掃も合わせて実施しています。

Together with regular cleaning by our staff member, all of sharehouse tenants should contribute to the cleaning duty.

洗濯機は無料でご利用いただけます。

The washing machine is free of charge.
